A lifelong resident of Fort Myers, Jacqui Alguadich will exceed your expectations as she uses her 11+ years of insider knowledge to help you find your dream home!
During her career, she saw first hand the overwhelming challenges that come with relocating in and around Southwest Florida. Jacqui’s dedicated - you might say obsessive - way of providing personalized and thoughtful services was a natural fit to fill the gap.
So, when the opportunity came, she dove right into leading Sunshine Relocation, the foremost concierge relocation service in Southwest Florida. In partnership with Sunshine Relocation Realty, Jacqui’s licensed and accredited real estate brokerage, clients are offered an all-in-one source for moving to or within SWFL.
Her love for helping people and sincerely getting to know clients has kept her driven, despite the ups and downs of the market. This drive has attracted a team with the same guiding core beliefs of being genuine, reliable and dedicated to your needs.
Prior to entering into real estate, Jacqui received her business degree in Marketing from The University South Florida. With a background in hospitality and advertising, she has perfected the skill of genuinely listening to clients.
Jacqui and daughter, Fiona, enjoy spending time together outdoors in the beautiful Florida sun! In her spare time, Jacqui enjoys volunteering at her daughters school and in the community.

Meet David
David's journey to become your trusted and reliable resource for real estate began with the roots of his upbringing His professional life began as an educator with a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. Through his time as a teacher in both elementary and college, David soon realized his passion was deeper than teaching, his true passion was helping others reach their fullest potential, which ultimately led him to become a REALTOR®.
A native of Massachusetts, David moved to Cape Coral, Florida in 1980, where he graduated from high school and college. In 2006, David moved back to Massachusetts where he first began his real estate career,
becoming a full time REALTOR®. David returned to Southwest Florida in 2012 continuing in the real estate title industry helping REALTORS®.
Working with REALTORS® naturally re-fueled his passion for the real estate industry as David began his participation in the Women's Council of REALTORS® holding several leadership positions including Ways and
Means Chairperson, Marketing and Communications Chairperson, and Membership Director. He has also maintained membership in the Royal Palm Coast REALTOR® Association. His hobbies include camping, kayaking, gardening, cooking, connecting with people from around the world and spending quality time with friends and family.

Meet Bennet
Bennet has been lucky enough to call Cape Coral home for nearly 30 years, and he began selling real estate in 2010.

Bennet is an avid adventurer and has traveled over 25,000 miles by RV with his brother to 27 states, 300+ cities, and 30 national parks.
Meet Carina
Born in Switzerland, and raised in New York, Carina moved to Florida in 1999. She has been in Fort Myers for 12 years, and has extensive knowledge of the area. Carina received her Bachelor's degree in Communications from University of South Florida. She obtained her real estate license 4 years ago, and is looking forward to helping clients find their dream home.
When not working, Carina enjoys spending time soaking up sun at the beach, or any outdoor activities. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, and her rescue dog, Boss.
